We headed to the mall today as we saw it was the soft opening of this new restaurant. We got to there a little early knowing that this would be packed and we ended up standing in line for about 45 mins. We started thinking what the heck are we doing... this isn't our cup of tea. BUT to our surprise, we were VERY impressed and so glad that we rode it out! The staff was extremely friendly and the food was hands down one of the best burgers in town... and the fries "chips".. Oh my gosh!!! The menu looks fabulous and we will definitely be back to the mall to dine. Thank you Burgerim for a great meal!

I've been there a couple of times and split a double box. It works great for two ladies or a mom and child to do that. Last night took the hubby to the Grand Opening and we were of the last group for the night. We waited about an hour and a half to get our free burgers...and we don't like to wait but the experience was not bad...we met nice folks in line and the employees were A++++++. All of them had started this free burger grand opening at 12noon and at 8pm they were soooo gracious and smiling!!! Says a lot about management when the young people working there are all putting out their best. Congrats to the owner! And all those lousy reviews because your burger took too long, this is not McDonalds and for new employees and management, they were all on their game last night and will be running a great restaurant. I suggest you go back now and don't expect fast food crap, these burgers are fresh made and fantastic!
